EQP40 Filters - Standard Capacity
Better filtration is the first step in improving Indoor Air Quality. Pleated Panel Filters outperform ordinary furnace filters with higher efficiency and lower pressure drop allowing air-handling systems to stay cleaner and operate more efficiently. The controlled pleat spacing maximizes surface area and dust holding capacity and is bonded to the frame to prevent bypass. The result is a commercial grade filter that won’t let you down.
EQP40 Filters are MERV 8 rated in 1” and MERV 10 rated in 2” and 4” according to ASHRAE 52.2 standards. EQP 40 filters are made with synthetic media that is bonded to a rust inhibitor coated expanded metal. The entire inner surface of the 24 point beverage board frame is coated with adhesive to encapsulate the pleated media pack, prevent air bypass and provide rigidity.

Sizes
EQP40 filters are available in 1″, 2″ and 4″ depth. The media is resistant to a wide range of chemicals, does not absorb moisture and will not support microbial growth.
1” EQPs have 14 pleats per linear foot, 41 standard sizes
2” EQPs have 10 pleats per linear foot, 22 standard sizes
4” EQPs have 8 pleats per linear foot, 9 standard sizes
